Can I combine my pledge for Headliner with Garden Club and save shipping costs?
Yes! If you are in the US/Canada, you can select to have your pledges shipped together or separately. We will credit your account $6 before we charge cards. If you are located outside of the US, your pledge will ship together automatically, saving you money on shipping costs. We will also credit your account once we cross reference backers who have pledged for both campaigns.

Why are you doing an "encore" campaign when you had a successful campaign on BackerKit?
While we had a successfully funded campaign for Pocketopia, we wanted to make sure that our audience here on Kickstarter also had the opportunity to back the game easily if they found going to BackerKit to be a hurdle. We also had several stretch goals that we didn’t get to hit, and we hope we can achieve them here. We received a great deal of feedback from many folks who told us that they didn’t back our campaign because it wasn’t on Kickstarter. So, here we are!

Will this Encore campaign impact the delivery timeline?
Nope! The game is already complete, and we are hitting “print” with our manufacturer in June 2026 as planned. All art is complete for all the stretch goal card and components. All we need to know if just how many bonus cards we need to print.

Do you need more funds to print the game?
Yes and no. After our BackerKit campaign, we can do a 1,000 print run. If we can gain more backers here on Kickstarter, it will allow us to do a print run of 2,000 units or more. This is better for our company’s overall growth, and it gets Headliner in the hands of more rock stars like yourself. We can’t do it without you!

Do I need to back Headliner here to get these stretch goals if I already backed it on BackerKit?
Nope! Whatever stretch goals we hit on Kickstarter will be added to all backers’ pledges from BackerKit for FREE. The crossover promos for BackerKit are available as add-ons here on Kickstarter, though, because those promos were exclusive for the Pocketopia campaign.

What will storage look like for the game components?
Headliner will include a paper insert and will fit all mini-expansions and components. The box will also fit sleeved cards, although the insert will likely need to be recycled.

I live outside the US. Can I purchase any other games in your current catalog?
As of right now, we can only offer Garden Club and/or Petal since these crowdfunding campaign will be fulfilling around the same time. We hope to be able to offer more of our catalog outside of the US soon, and are exploring options to make that happen now. It is certainly our goal for everyone to experience our games regardless of their location! We are a small team and these logistics take time, we appreciate your patience.

Will there be local pickup options to save shipping costs?
You bet! We will have two options to receive your pledge: shipping or local pickup. If you are local to Memphis, TN (or just want to meet us in person to pick up your pledge), we will let you know when and where our local pick up party will take place! No shipping charges will be included for local pickup, but tax will still be applied in the pledge manager. More details to come.

What is your refund policy?
We will be able to offer refunds up until two weeks after the campaign ends. Due to manufacturing logistics and our timeline to deliver swiftly, we cannot issue full refunds after this date. Refund requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and any granted requests will only be able to receive up to a 50% refund due fees paid after the campaign.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
By confirming your pledge in the pledge manager, you agree that your contribution to the project is final and no refunds will be issued except at the creator's absolute discretion and according to our Kickstarter page for each project specifically. We offer refunds within 14 days of a campaign's end date on Kickstarter. Refunds after that time period are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
